Harvest Moon Magical Melody Game Cube®

The famous farming sim Harvest Moon returns to Nintendo GameCube! Part farming simulation, part role-playing game, in Harvest Moon you choose to play as either a girl or boy and live life down on the farm; working hard to become an expert farm manager. Choose a location for your farm; then take charge by raising crops, catching fish, and caring for the cows, horse, sheep and other animals on your land. You’ll have to look after your livestock though - if animals aren’t provided with adequate fencing, they might wander off and find themselves attacked by wild dogs.

Life on the farm isn’t all hard work though; you can also attend festivals or treat yourself to a hearty meal - cook food on your stove, or sleep beneath the stars, roasting your dinner over a campfire. Alongside day-to-day life on the farm, there are other adventures to take part in too; the Harvest Goddess has been turned to stone, and the Harvest Sprites have asked you to help restore her from her petrified state. To do so, you’ll need to collect 100 musical notes located throughout the world. This isn’t as easy as it sounds; you’ll be awarded notes as you fulfil other goals like successfully raising crops, making money, or paying a visit to the doctor.

Once again, a vital part of the experience is interacting with town folk; some of your favourite characters from previous Harvest Moon titles make reappearances alongside new faces, as villagers move in and out of your town as the game progresses. Along the way, your character will grow and mature too. You may find yourself falling in love, and even getting married! A whole new life awaits you in Harvest Moon…
