Overall the Z850 is a solid advanced camera. It doesnt take the best photographs in the world, but it performed above average in most of our tests and crams a robust feature-set into a relatively small design.

Very little shutter lag. Large 2.5-inch LCD. Wide scene selection.
Pictures could be crisper. Menus are not well organized. No on-screen guides.
The Casio Exilim EX-Z850 is a small, sleek, silver ultracompact that takes pretty good pictures, but I expected sharper image quality from an 8MP camera.
